Shipping Info: All items shipped through USPS media mail, first-class mail, or priority mail depending on item type. Expect shipments to take 2-7 business days within the US, and please have more patience internationally as shipments typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on where it has to go.
Return Policy: We can not accept returns on digital purchases or stickers.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive damaged/defective merchandise: Please contact us at bandhalfshell@gmail.com immediately to begin the return process for replacement. Upon return of the damaged item, we will issue a replacement and refund postage.

If you incorrectly entered your address on your order, please notify us immediately for correction before shipment. If we are not promptly notified before fulfilling your order and it goes out for delivery, we are unable to refund postage costs.

If the mistake in shipment was our fault, we'll replace the item at no charge.

If your shipment never arrived, please contact us so we can open a "lost package" insurance claim with USPS and issue a new one.
